The history of the Römerhof Hotel dates back to the distant past. After the times of Neolithic man and the Celts, the Romans were, first and foremost, the ones who left their mark on this area. A Roman gate house once was located on these grounds; in fact that’s where our restaurant and catering service, “Käppele” in  Römerhof got its name.
